The enablers of the corrupt marketing and rent-seeking plan that is propping up the troubled F-35 program are now labeling Bogdan’s truth as an “outburst”.
People like Aboulafia who aren’t especially bright on military aircraft issues along with unnamed industry “officials” are trying to tar Bogdan as being a loose cannon.
Interesting is that even Bogdan seems short on some of the details of the farrago of bad ideas that swarm around this mess. For example: his quoted prices are too low, and he hasn’t stated anything in public that inspires confidence about how the dream operating and sustainment costs of this aircraft don’t have much to do with reality.
Not mentioned in all of this are the misleading comments made to partner nations by U.S. industry and the U.S. Department of Defense.
